This lock is an excellent security upgrade garage doors and single aluminum doors. By bolting this lock threw the door it provide super strong security. The large pin slide threw the lock and into the frame around the door. The large pin can be locked in reverse so the pin dose not get misplaced. This bolt lock is master key compatible and security key combatable. Most aluminum doors and frames are made from a softer material then steel, which means that when the door is lock using the standard lock, its possible to flex or bend the frame to jimmy the doors apart or pop open. This lock combats this by using a large pin into the frame, Even if the door is jimmied it would still not release of clear the large bolt leaving the door still secured. |

The lock on the left is a double bolt lock. This lock lock two doors together and make it almost impossible to force apart once locked. Another new design of lock for roller doors is a new padlock and pin system that simply clips to the frame and uses a large pin which is part pf the padlock to lock threw the frame and lock the door preventing it from being able to be lifted. This lock is a removable lock so it is not permanently attached to the roller door frame. The simple installation of the lock is one of the locks main advantages, along with being able to remove the lock completely. This makes it suitable for shop fronts with roller doors, and is common is shopping centers. |
