This type of lock is most popular on garage doors "Solid tilt doors". Because of the design of this lock it can also be used for wood doors, Aluminium doors , and many other applications. | Another design of this bolt lock is the double bolt lock, As seen in the photo on the left this bolt lock has a large pin the connects the two side of the lock and lock them together, This lock comes with the option of straight threw bolts or rear fixing bolt that secure the lock from the back. Available in different colours such as Silver , Black , Brown and brass. This lock is commonly used on double aluminium sliding doors. A lot of sliding aluminium doors have a standard hook bolt lock that can be forced apart, This new double bolt lock is an excellent solution for double door security. Please check the council regulations in your are before install this lock on a commercial premises exit door. |

| The Patio bolt is another form of bolt lock that is commonly used. The patio bolt is often used on sliding glass door for residential security. This lock used a large pin that slides up and down to lock. Patio bolts are key lockable, Which means once the key has been locked the bolt remains locked and will need to be key unlocked to open the bolt.
