This strong garage anchor is ideal for roller doors and can be used in other types of doors and applications as well.  With its strong solid steel design, it will stand up to the harshest of weather conditions and extreme intruder protection. The top part is bolted to the door with four bolts that bolt threw the door for maximum strength on the inside. The base plate is fixed using special concrete fasteners, which have a higher rating than 10mm sleeve anchors in tests done. With the strength and easy use of such an anchor, it is ideal for commercial and domestic applications.It is possible to use this anchor is other applications such as gates and toolboxes. Welding is also possible because it is made from solid zink-treated steel. One of the main benefits of the anchor is the quick and easy installation. It requires 8 drilled holes. 4 drilled holes to attach the top part, and then 4 drilled holes into the concrete using a 5mm masonry drill bit. You then simply use a large hammer/sledgehammer to pound the special fasteners into the concrete.  Full instructions are included.
