BRAVA extended euro double cylinder, 5-pin fixed cam. You can use this cylinder when you have a door that is thicker than normal and the standard lock cylinder will not fit the door lock properly. If your current lock cylinder is below the lock handle surface, you will need a longer cylinder like this. 

This cylinder is especially good when you want to have your house keyed alike, use one key for all your locks, a 5-pin key will allow you to do this, as all the other locks available for the rest of your house can come in a 5-pin configuration. 

The "emergency" euro-cylinder allows a key to enter and operate even with one on the inside partly turned.
