Description

The DORMA TS73EMF EN 4 closer is a combination of a hydraulic door closer and an electromagnetic hold-open unit. The hold-open function is controlled electromagnetically, ensuring the door closes reliably in the event of a fire or power failure through the integral hydraulic closer. Manual door operation can also initiate the closing cycle.

Key features include:

• Adjustable Closing Speed: Managed by a valve.
• Adjustable Latching Speed: Managed by the arm.
• Flexible Hold-Open Point: Opening angles over 75° can be adjusted at any time without needing to modify settings.
• Compatibility: Suitable for standard and fire/smoke check door installation up to 1100 mm in width.
