The FSH FES20M-L2 Electric Strike is a premium, fully monitored electric strike designed for use with commercial access control systems, high-security doors and fire-rated applications. Featuring a lipless (No Lip) design, it is ideal for narrow aluminium door frames where a standard strike lip may protrude, reducing the risk of injury or damage to clothing.

The FES20M-L2 offers field-selectable Fail Safe or Fail Secure operation, allowing the locking mode to be changed on-site without the need to purchase a different model. Designed for reliability, the strike is constructed from stainless steel and is suitable for continuous duty operation.

Fully monitored as standard, the FES20M-L2 provides Door Status Monitoring (DSS), Lock Status Monitoring (LSS) and an Anti-Tamper Sensor (ATS), making it ideal for integration with commercial access control and building management systems.

Successfully fire rated for up to 4 hours and SCEC Approved, the FES20M-L2 is suitable for government, commercial, healthcare, education and other high-security installations.

Monitoring Functions

The FES20M-L2 includes three independent monitoring outputs for integration into modern access control systems:

• Door Status Sensor (DSS) – Indicates whether the door is open or closed.
• Lock Status Sensor (LSS) – Confirms whether the electric strike is locked or unlocked.
