If the keys don't turn *** Try this 

1.       Try with the door open

2.       Look at the back of the lock

3.       Try WD40 in the lock if the key does not enter the lock or turn in the lock

4.     Note. All keys cut to code are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you read the code wrong or select the wrong lock, or your lock is not set to the number printed on the front of the lock, or if your lock is faulty, we can not refund the keys. Our keys to code are cheaper than a locksmith visit and having a locksmith come to you and make a key on-site, so keep this in mind, it's worth trying the cheap way first, but you have the risk that they may not work for the reasons listed above
