This is a key blade for Holden commodore remote control.

Suit VS commodore to VZ commodore

You can remove the key blade by removing the 2 screws on the back of the remote. If your key blade is worn out or not working well, you might want to have the key recut. You do not have to buy a new key, you can buy the key blade and have it cut, then just slide it into your old remote and do up the 2 screws. This has worked for alot of cars with lock problems. If the key is worn the locks offen dont work well. A new key blade is a good and cheap place to start to find the problem, if your locks are not working well.
