Dr Lock Shop, operated by a trusted Locksmith Parramatta, aims to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service for all online orders. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Options

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

• Signature Required: If delivery is unsuccessful, we will arrange a redelivery or resend your order.
• Authority to Leave (“Ok to Leave”): You may request the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place or provide delivery instructions.

Please note: If you select “Ok to Leave”, you accept full responsibility for the parcel. Dr Lock Shop is not liable for any loss or theft once the item has been delivered.

Delivery Timeframes

We make every effort to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. This timeframe refers to dispatch only, not delivery.

While we will always try to expedite urgent orders, delivery times are controlled by third-party couriers and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

By placing an order with Dr Lock Shop, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not qualify for refunds if delays occur.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery. It is your responsibility to contact the courier and organise a suitable delivery time.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and no contact is made, the parcel may be returned to Dr Lock Shop.

Return to Sender (RTS)

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we can resend the item. Additional postage charges will apply and must be paid before the item is dispatched again.

In some cases, redelivery may be completed via an alternative courier service such as Australia Post. Please note that some delivery methods may not include tracking and may be left unattended. This is done at the customer’s risk.

Shipping Provider

We primarily use Couriers Please for shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your Dr Lock Shop account to view your tracking details.

Stock Availability

Due to our large product range, some items may need to be transferred from suppliers to our warehouse before dispatch. This process does not incur any additional cost to you but may add to handling time.

If there are any significant delays beyond the standard timeframe, our team will contact you via email with an update.
