Dr Lock Shop - Postage

Terms 2018. We have added the ability for customers to have the order delivered without the need for a signature.

This will make it easier for some customers. We have also added the options to leave the order in a spot you select, or you can leave a comment for the delivery driver.

If you use standard delivery with signature, if the delivery does not get delivered we will refund or resend.

If you select "Ok to Leave" you take the risk of your order being stolen or lost on site.

Note – we do not refund if shipment is lost or stolen from your selection, so if you take the risk and select "Ok to leave" it's at your own risk, it's out of our hands.

It may take longer if you are not home, the delivery driver will leave a card, you then will need to call them and make a new time for drop off.

We make every effort to send all goods as soon as possible, We give no guarantee on delivery sooner then normal, We can try and have the goods sent sooner, but please allow the standard 7 days for the goods to be dispatched from our office ? not 7 days to be delivered to you, if longer delays are likely, we will email you and let you know.

 If you need an item urgently, please be aware that postage and pickup are out of our control and we can only try to have the goods delivered sooner, we can not guarantee 100% that they will be delivered next day or within a sooner time. If your order is running late, it dose not qualify for a full refund. By completing this order you understand and agree to the turns and conditions of postage.

Any agreements of promises made online or over the phone are based on the assumption that all delivers are running on time, This is not a 100% guarantee, some factors can change and be delayed. We can only promises that our staff will try our best to have your order packed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Not received deliveries and RTS items.

If you are not home when your items are being delivered, the delivery person will leave a card. You then need to make a time with them that suits you, so they can deliver your items to you, if you fail to call them, they will leave another card and try again to deliver to you. If this still fails the item will be held while they wait for your call. After a few days the item will be returned to Dr Lock. If the item is returned we will resend the item by another post service ?most likely Australia Post? the cost of post will be invoiced to you. Once paid the items will be dispatched for the second time, this time by Australia post, which will most likely just leave it in your mailbox or at your front door. Please note we take no responsibly for lost items and cannot provide tracking for such delivers. This post method is at your own risk. 

We use to send your items, this service is safe / fast / and you get a tracking number that you can lookup online to see the current location. They provide a tracking number for you to check you item online. When we dispatch your order, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can also login to Dr Lock shop and see your tracking number next to your order.  ?They drive the big yellow vans? so keep an eye out.

We make every effort to send your items as soon as possible.

Because of the large amount of items we sell, If we do not have your item at our branch, we will have your item delivered to our branch at no extra cost and post your item as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 7 days for all items, If for some reason there is a delay longer than 7 days, we will email you and let you know.
