A high precision electronic machine for cutting high security side-milled & dimple keys, such as found in high security vehicle locks and in high security cylinders.

At the top of the tree in terms of functionality, build quality and precision, the Quattrocode should be considered by high volume locksmiths or small manufacturers. Of particular interest is the electrically controlled rotating jaw for cutting Kaba Quattro & Expert keys to code automatically, this feature being unique to Quattrocode.

Using a special decoding system, the machine can decode an original key, even if it is worn, by electronically measuring the exact cuts on the key. These measurements are then processed by PC software, comparing the results with those of the original specification. The machine then allows you to cut the duplicate key either as an exact copy of the original, or with the original manufacturers' specifications - allowing you to make perfect new "original" keys from worn ones.

The Quattrocode is able to carry out self-diagnostic tests on components and parts, and is able to automatically warn the operator of any faults before they cause problems.It is self-calibrating, highly versatile and easy to use.
