Make a House Key from an Image Or Photocopy - Non-Common Key 

You will need to send an image of the key first, so our locksmiths can check if the image is suitable to make a key from.

This service is to be used for legal purposes only; you must be the owner of the locking system. Suitable for real estate agents or people who have lost a key to a rental property they lease. 

Most keys do work, but there is a chance that the keys may or may not work. Keys are very precise, and our locksmiths can only work from your image; the better the image, the better the chance. To use this service, you must agree to take this chance. It's cheaper than having a locksmith attend your property and dismantle the lock to reproduce the key. 

Our locksmith will send you one key cut based on the provided sample image. In some cases, you may receive a second key as well. This is because images can sometimes be distorted, and the grooves on the key may fall between sizes. If the first key doesn’t work perfectly, please try the second key to ensure the best fit.

3. If your key is restricted or "Do Not Copy" it will not work
4. We may send you more than one key - test all the keys to see which one works
5. Keys are not guaranteed to work; we can only try our best from your image
6. Keys are not refundable or exchangeable 
7. You are paying for the labour and materials to try and cut the key to the same shape
