2.       Look at the back of the lock

3.       Try WD40 in the lock if the key does not enter the lock or turn in the lock

4.     Note. All keys cut to code are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you read the code wrong or select the wrong lock or your lock is not set to the number printed on the front of the lock or if your lock is faulty, we can not refund the keys. Our keys to code are cheaper than a locksmith visit and having a locksmith come to you and make a key on-site, so keep this in mind it is worth trying the cheap way first, but you have the risk they may not work for the reasons listed above
