2. Go to:
   My Account > Downloads
3. Locate your purchased PDF or digital product.
4. Click the download link to save the file to your device.

You may also receive an email with a direct download link after payment confirmation.

Important Information

• Bank deposits and EFT payments may take 1–3 business days to clear.
• PayID payments are usually much faster.
• Downloads are only activated once payment has been received and processed.
