Plug Holders
Plug holders are used for rekeying, when the plug "the centre part of the cylinder" is removed it's placed into the plug holder so that it does not fall over and spill the loaded bottom pins. The plug holder will also allow testing of newly installed bottom pins, by turning the plug with the key whilst in the plug holder.
